I realle like your idea of siri that needs to be updated to have more functionality outside the US.
I got the 4S when it launched 16 December 2011 in South Africa and I can't do much with Siri for obvious reasons.
Also, battery life REALLY needs to be improved.
Another thing about the apple phones up to the 4S is that a lot of apps have icons that are a bit too small for my fingers so I would like the option of a pen, although a bigger screen might resolve that issue all together.
If you search "iPhone 5" and find the YouTube video there is a guy who already has one. I guess he's the tester but it has projection screen and stuff it's awesome!!!
