This song actually appeared (probably for the first time) in the 1952 anti-communist film, WALK EAST ON BEACON! It's used in a scene where two Russian agents meet covertly in a bar. I couldn't help but think that Shaindlin was being comically subversive with the lyrics given the subject matter.

Galaxy Music Radio takes you back to the past! Listen and reminisce the music of the golden ages in the 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s. Filled with fun and exciting music of Jazz, Blues, Big Band, Swing and more!
My old man once came in and watched me play Fallout 3 for a bit the other day, then this song came on. He pondered for a moment, then said: "Well, it's a good game, but the best part is that you get to listen to brilliant music whilst you shoot stuff in the face!"
@SergeantJWhite You're dads cool. My conversations with my dad usually go like this: Hows college, found a husband yet, you gonna put down those video games already? I mean really, you should stop playing violent games you might kill someone some day or something. Such a bore.... :p
Best song on Fallout 3.
