Dc police officers needs to be fired and replaced with another well trained team. There has been a lot of innocent killings in the hands of police in last several years!

Any cop that pulls a gun out because his vehicle got hit by a snowball --at a snowball fight no less-- needs serious review, then dismissal.

The said policeman was about to shoot people and then leave the scene. He should be fired on the spot!
