yeah guys really? This is for the four light trick which just means your AV cable is disconnected. What most people dont know about the red rings is that the problem depends on how many of the rings are flashing. The "red rings of death" are when you only have 3 flashing red lights which means you have a hardware failure and is bad, can be pricey to get repaired especially if you send to Microsoft or Geeksquad (something like 150 to 200 dollars). There are many guides to doing it yourself.
