Sometimes a lesser quality camera adds character to a film. Look at Lucio Fulci's films or Darrio Argento etc. Very well done.

FYI the music used throughout the film is from movies, but some of it (such as the music that plays when he beats the dummy up) is from a program called KID PIX which came out in the early 90s for the PC and MAC.
