What the hell is the deal with all the haters? There's nothing at all wrong with his form other than a normal and minimal loss of control as he starts to tire.........post ur own vids of the "perfect" way to perform this so we can see your all knowingness........
He is doing them just like Dave Draper. Dave has done these as his warm-up every workout for over 30 years. Highly recommended for us older guys who have a lot of aches and pains and need a good thorough, safe, way to warm up. Wel done.
what are you talking about? his hip is competely locked as far as i can see. Any "Swinging" is just unavoidably moving his centre of mass to not tip over. Looks like perfect execution to me.
how exactly do i lock my hips? and how do i know when im doing it correctly.
also im supossed to bring my torso towards my knees to fully contract my abs?
