  • how exactly do i lock my hips? and how do i know when im doing it correctly.

    also im supossed to bring my torso towards my knees to fully contract my abs?

  • What the hell is the deal with all the haters? There's nothing at all wrong with his form other than a normal and minimal loss of control as he starts to tire.........post ur own vids of the "perfect" way to perform this so we can see your all knowingness........

  • He is doing them just like Dave Draper. Dave has done these as his warm-up every workout for over 30 years. Highly recommended for us older guys who have a lot of aches and pains and need a good thorough, safe, way to warm up. Wel done.

  • what are you talking about? his hip is competely locked as far as i can see. Any "Swinging" is just unavoidably moving his centre of mass to not tip over. Looks like perfect execution to me.
