The flavor of racism we have in Minnesota is passive-agressive. We use passive-agression to express a dislike of something. It would go something like this " Oh they're very nice people but it's just hard to understand what their saying." As opposed to the South, where they'd just drop the n-bomb casually in conversation. Both flavors of racism are disgusting but the former is often not seen as a form of racism
