  • as close as i can get to a real single user wiki. I hope to see more features, and more support for other OSs.

  • I'm not a crazy power user but this looks like a good enough replacement to Scrivener to me.

  • The funny thing about this video is that it talks about all those features as if they're remarkable. As a OneNote user it seems kind of goofy. All those things are even easier in OneNote. But I need to try this program out because if I can ditch OneNote I can ditch Windows :)

  • Thank you so much!

Since I've migrated to Linux I haven't found a replacement for Microsoft OneNote (and BasKet did not worked for me). As you showed Zim has the features I most liked in OneNote that is easy todo list e bullet marking. If you could just drag the text and let many textboxes floating over the window (just like OneNote) it would be just perfect. I'm downloading right now!

  • It is created by an expert programmer. And much of it's best features are behind what can be seen... It's writting follows the wiki style, so it should be easily exportable to a wiki web page.

It is all written in perl so it is easy to make new pluggins. Beware, the community is growing very big, so it is going to be another sort of FFx multipurpose pluggin explosion.

If you put something in the notes directory, it authomatically appears inside the Zim Wiki.

  • really cool

  • Zim kicks so much ass!

  • i just installed this program today and its AWESOME
