We are allowed to protect our property, wether we owe the bank for it or not, with the use of lethal or deadly force if needed. The repo guys in this state know this are worried that the car owner can call the police and have then prosecuted for attempted theft or be shot dead for the same.

The repo show is most likely filmed and done in a state like CA were the laws are much more liberal
