This program is extremely biased and inaccurate. One thing he excludes from his explanation of the self hating Jew is the concept of internalized anti semitism. He has come to believe the hateful rhetoric toward the Jewish people and joined the ranks of those spewing it. Sad. The conflict is not nearly as clear as the Jews being wrong or the Arabs being wrong. To put all blame on one party is just irrational and prevents any real progress.

Every history of Israel is political. More often than not the 2 sides, Israeli and Palestinian, criticize historical studies for opposite reasons. If anything it means that they are getting close to the truth (I am not talking about Pappé's studies, haven't read them).

Btw Who are you to criticize Pappé's alleged subjectivity, in just 2 sentences you demonstrate a clear 'pro-Israel' stance ("Pallywood").

First of all I am not defending Ilan Pappe since I haven't read any of his books nor have I tried to prove or reject his research by checking his sources, but I bet you haven't either.

Pallywood imo is a subjective term because there is no term like that which describes Israeli propaganda. There is nothing wrong with saying Palestinians stage scenes for cameras or that they use media for their goals but so does Israel. So how come your type never talks about "Israelywood"?!

None of the example you give have been proven, irrefutably, to be cases of 'Pallywood' propaganda. All these cases, and most likely many others are shrouded in lies and deceptions on both sides. As I said before you must be daft to think that only Palestinians lie and deceive.

And even so only in the Al-Dura case is there a possibility of 'faked' images, which was, according to you, the big difference between Israeli and Palestinian lies.

It's idiotic to say that these incidents were the main reason for rioting and violence, although they surely did contribute, they are not the real, underlying reason why Palestinians are angry at Israel.

I said that I haven't read any of Pappe's books nor have I tried to check his sources, so I don't know what he says nor can I (dis-)agree on a factual bases.

I don't support Pallywood, I just think it is a gratuitous term, if the IDF denies it's automatically Pallywood for people like you.
