They need to make mark bagley hardcover books that only have amazing spiderman comics he drew. They did that for joe maderiura on the x-men stories.

Ultimate Spider-Man was really good for the first 24 issues then got mediocre and I lost interest.

@garhoch Thanks for watching. I thought the run was good for a bit longer then that but eventually lost track of the series. And when Bagley left, the impact really took a lot out of the series.

I have to admit im not as big a fan as the Ultimate versions of marvel characters as i am the classic either. But they are some pretty cool stories none the less. Great review bro, i dont know why they didnt include the cover either they were getting cheap on us haha :)

Here in Germany the Ultimate Spider-Man comics still come out but I heard the last comic of this series was released recently? It's pity, I liked those storys ;)

@ThatJokeboy Thanks for watching. I think the Ult books have been changed around a lot. Increasingly as the years have passed it's become more irrelevant cause fans want the main universe more.

Hey, its your favorite! :) I read Ultimate x-men and enjoyed it but not this title..Im gonna give it a try but I wanna start with the Stan Lee stories before reading these.. will read a couple of Marvel Masterworks first.. I grew up with Spiderman on tv but didnt read many comic that left a lasting impressions. Reading spidey books is on my to do list.. Great looking art but im not really a fan of the goblin. Awesome looking hardcover! I thought Miller wrote this? Maybe not? Great vid!

@devilstoysuk2 Yes it's the only Ultimate book I followed. Didn't read X-men. I consider the Ult books as one guy posted, one Big Marvel What if universe. People only really care about the Real Marvel books. Bot this reinterpretation. As the years have passed, this line of books really has become irrelevant when it's analyzed. With that said, this is a great book. But wait until I get into the Real Spidey books. Have I got a big one to review that will be how else can I say it but amazing! :-)

Great review! Might have to give this a try. I haven't read much Ultimate material, but I did enjoy the Noir mini series Marvel put out a couple years ago. The Spider-Man & Daredevil Noir series were pretty good.
