pfff what are you talking about. You just simly don`t understand his aiming technique and not understanding it doesn`t mean what that`s impossible.

At top level aiming process is just obstacle witch worsens your reaction time. The first one who reacts and shoots have advantage. So all pros learn how to shoot subconsciously when they notice opponent.
