I am very sceptical of many mediums, if you do homework many are frauds, but I believe some are genuine. Anyone who believes Derren Brown however is very gullible, and not very knowledgeable. Yes he can mimic many of the things genuine mediums can do by cold reading that the fake mediums use, but Brown can not get some of the very specific details that genuine mediums get, he cant get some of the more profound deeper information, hardcore sceptics always ignore this, or make excuses for it.

I am sorry for your loss and thank you for posting this. I have NO doubt that there is an afterife, I have seen many spirits myself although I`m not a medium.

A medium once told me that people dont believe because they arn`t ready to believe or don`t want to. I think some people are just happy to live with only the physical world because thats what they are familiar and confident with, anything else probably feels sureal to them and not comfortable.

Derren Brown knows various tricks, and says he doesnt have any supernatural abilities but knows how they operate. Just remember comfort and truth are two seperate things. Im sort of agnostic, so on the fence kind of thing. So im not saying there isnt an afterlife but people like Colin can be easily believed. And is this actually you on that show? @footiemad87 Derren Brown, on his show demonstrated cold reading and how the fakes and foneys operate. What Derren Brown didnt demonstrate was mediumship and how genuine medium recieve and pass on the messages. I used to doubt wether we could converse with spirit and was well aware that there are those out there who exploit grief, but having attended my local spiritualist church now for quite some time i have had messages that were so accurate i KNOW that spirit were passing me messages.

Thanks littledevil - yes absolutely. I was stunned to hear the name Lindsay when Colin mentioned her. Lindsay was the daughter of the people who ran the support group for Fanconi Anaemia - she and Meshael wrote to each other and Lindsay always sent cards to Meshael while she was in the hospital. Bless her heart, she lost her battle with Fanconi shortly after Meshael - so they are reunited now. The sceptics can believe or disbelieve all they want,I KNOW the truth and that is all that's important

I totally agree before watching Colin Fry i must admit i was in two minds about afterlife,mediums etc but watching Colin's show on a dily basis i have found that there is just to much accurate information given like specific name's memories way in which the deceased passed.

I think most people are sceptic simply because they are scared the afterlife is something we don't know anything about until we do past and that scares people so they chose not to believe.

Colin Fry has a gift that brings hope and joy to those who have lost loved ones and the knowledge that they are around us is something that cannot be described in words. For us who do believe, there is enlightenment for those who continue to doubt there is still darkness and the unknown. I will be eternally grateful to Colin for showing me the truth.

I'm sorry you think like that - actually there was no way that he could have known any of the things he talked about. One conversation was between me and my daughter just days before she died and no-one was in the room. I didn't have to spend one penny when I saw Colin. His message brought me much comfort and has helped me to recover from the pain of losing my daughter.

It always amazes me the sceptics out there, leap on any one letter being wrong in a reading to disprove mediumship, yet with all the proof seen here, not a word spoken, but as they say, no amount of info can prove them right, but god forbid they get a name wrong..

This segment was only half of the actual reading - believe you me, it would have been impossible for any one person to have been able to pass on the amount of information I received from Colin from my daughter during this reading. One thing that amazed me was a conversation that only she and I had been party to - I had forgotten about the conversation till Colin mentioned it.
