What's happening with the prosecution is exactly the manifestation of unpreparedness, this is the result of the adoption of the articles of impeachment which was done in haste, now appearing to be unsubstantiated. I strongly believe that the objections of the defense are not just technicalities but an assertion of the right of the accused to due process. If prosecution would want that such objections would not be raised then they should strictly follow the due process with out excuses.
