ok evryone, this achiv is GLITCHED!! why?! because you DONT NEED to move fast at 1:50. NO! just STAY at blue line. when it disapear, just dont move (you can but to be sure that you dont have red), when it shows move slowly like it is show on this vid. I have done like that, and this achiv pop-up few seconds ago ;)

To hell with this crap. The one time I got it across, while centered on the line, it turned red anyway. I've had it turn red while not moving it, I've purposely moved it with the disappearing section not there and it stays blue. I've left it there and waited for the center to go and it'll stay blue there with it gone? But when you try, no matter what, turns red. WTF right? Just bought the ultimate sith edition, and just decided to sell it that quick.....

EDIT I just emailed LucasArts about my problem and mentioned that many other people didn't get this achievement after completing the trails without the sphere going red.

I'm playing the Ultimate Sith Edition version, and the last set of lines seems to be glitched.

I get to the bit the disappears and wait til it's there, go on to it and the orb goes red, even though I am clearly still on the line.

On the last section of the trials the one with the section that fades in and out you dont have to rush as it doesn't go red when it goes out providing you were on the line at the time. Thats how i got it.

no, if you miss one, just exit the level and load the last auto save point for that level, the begening of the trial.

On the 360, try only using the right thumbstick. You can use both of course, since you can't move the sphere back and forth, but for some reason I always failed on the vanishing curve, untill I just stopped using the left thumbstick.

Might be worth a go.

I've found all of Adam's guides helpful, but this one doesn't do me much good. I've earned every achievement in the game except for this one, and I've tried everything I can think of but can't seem to get it. No matter how perfectly I trace it, it seems to go red, and none of the guides or forums I've found on Google offer any HELPFUL advice on how to get through this.

Does anyone know any tricks or methods that best work to earn this achievement?

Not much trick to it, just got to have a steady hand and the willpower to try over and over.

you can actually let go of the glowing ball and it will remain still till you grip it again,  usefull for when you wan't to reposition and get a better angle.

for 3rd course: you do NOT have to rush past the disapearing line. it still counts as being blue as long as you stay in the indicated boundries of the disapearing line. (both tips apply for PS3)

You have to download it from the xbox 360 marketplace. Then go to new game and you can choose the level from there. It costs 800 points

"The most annoying part of the game" is an understatement to the extreme. It's true that the line doesn't have to be there, as it just gos invisible, but the path seems to be inconsistent; sometimes I can get the sphere across, sometimes not, but never on the first try. Sometimes the sphere turns red even when it's on the line!

Melee actually feels really good, in my opinion. Flows really well, once you get used to it. And I played the whole demo several times, so I was pretty comfortable with it.

Loot and leveling makes it very replayable--I recommend a second try, because if you get comfortable with the controls, its awesome.
