I got them with Spore GA. Maybe you need to be at the age of 12 or so to get them automatically, I don't know. I just got them right away :)

I loved this adventure, and I find it strange that I actually managed to get the Poo Wrangler and the caged people out of their cages and spots by using mind meld. It was funny that he was explaining a gigantic pile of poo while standing near the giant Siamese twins.
