  • @johnnycashfan91 agreed

  • @johnnycashfan91 (correction) Luther is playing a Jaguar instead of a Jazzmaster wich i mentioned in my last reaction. You know what, this vid. still gets better, even when you listen to it a million times!

  • unlike any other artist of his time =]

  • his music is so addictive. love the voice and the slow "boom-boomy" guitar.

  • I like this version better than some of the studio sets he did.

  • the version is pretty nice especially splashin' guitar

  • Didn't Johnny Cash have a record deal with you guys?

  • I know, i'm tolernat of other languages. Hasta luego mi amigo!

  • Preach on brother!

  • It's called Rockabilly. He and his band invented it. my grandfather has the orginal live record when he was still young.

  • This was the first song I ever heard Johnny Cash perform. It blew me away. Rock, Country, Blues, WHATEVER you want to call it, it moves like a locomotive. Have you considered his initials ! JC! Loved this mans' music, grew up with it, what more can I say ! ! !

  • The One and only OUTLAW...Often imitated!!!...but never duplicated!!

    R.I.P.

  • he is saying its a good song

  • this is most perfect blend of blues, rockabilly and country the world has ever seen. johnny cash wasent just a legend, he was something more than that. he is something so hard to explain, intill you hear a song like this. his songs had so much craftsmanship into them, he poured his heart into into every song. johnny cash will never be forgoten. people will just like him more. this is the best song by johnny cash and my faveroit song in the world. r.i.p johnny cash, you were the best.

  • It's to bad you don't hear this kind of music on mtv or some other channel, this is the music that will never die !R.I.P JC

  • Without a doubt!

Nowadays it is all pointless superficial plastic music.

  • ya i know all these rappers and pop country kids are all fake this is real music R.I.P Mr.Cash

  • i love a twangy southern drawl that a girl might have...

  • Love that twangy noise of Luther's playing

  • I love Johnny.

  • Johnny Cash rest in peace we all love you.

  • John was wild at times... and laid back other times. One of the chilling things to hear was John pick up the guitar and sing a little of that cold hard cash sound right at you and say "well... how was that"!

  • I think Johnny was fighting his addictions during this period;but;boy;could he let rip.He really puts depth into this.

    Bless The Man In Black.

  • ring that rockibilly!! this is my faverit johnny cash song!

  • me too its timeless to me

  • this is pure rock and roll - a mean bad ass

  • We are due another Cash for sure . . . the problem with that is that there will never be one!

  • like the radio these days can good music

  • Johnny is the man!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what a fantastic Rockabilly sound !Thank you so much.

  • Respect...

  • Johnny was the man!!

  • Were due another Cash arent we?

  • don't we wish! I'm afraid Johnny Cash, as a musician and as a man, is from a breed we won't see again soon, if ever. Certainly not in Nash Vegas, homogenized music capital of "country" music. Three things Johnny never was: flashy, bland, and boring, which is 95% of country music today- heck, all pop music in America. Deadly dull, predictable, corporate fodder.

  • respect

  • Resurrect Johnny! Please!

  • This is the best country style blues I've ever heard.

  • this is bad ass

  • ikno all his songs n i can play em ^_^

  • If you make people think they're thinking, they'll love you; But if you really make them think, they'll hate you.

  • does he roll his eyes back when he hits those super low notes???

cuz if he does... officially johnny cash is the only man that ever mattered/matters

  • Tompage1611, It's been said at Luther's funeral, Johnny stood over the casket and said "Thank You Luther for making it all possible...." and thank you Carters01 for posting this.
