Excuse me but what is the name of the hand cleaner you were talking about. I know you cant show the label, but can you tell me the product name. Is it "Permatex Fast Orange pumice lotion hand cleaner" ?????????????????????????
That's one that can be used, but GoJo and Lava are two other makers that have almost identical ingredients. As far as I know, there may even be others on the market. I have used all three of the brands mentioned, and they all work great.
in the shaft, i put it on the rail to make a shot. i had to do a long stop shot and the cue was near the rubber pocket, i was so focused on making the sht, that mind disregarded the thought of the rubber causing damage
Here's what you should do. First, go and buy a product called Q-Wiz. It's a two-sided flexible disc used for buffing out shaft wood. Next, take a small, folded piece of paper towel and get it wet. Lay the piece on the dent and let it set there for 5-10 minutes. Then take the paper towel off and let the spot dry thoroughly. Then buff the spot out with the Q-Wiz according to the directions on the package. If that does not completely remove the dent, repeat the process until it does. - Roger
what cleaner do you use? i got my 1st cue about a month ago and realized that the chalk that was on the tip when iput it in the case got on the shaft. almost all the shaft is tinted blu. what can i do to prevent this?
It's a hand cleaner used by mechanics. You can find it in auto parts stores. The brand shown in the video is called Fast Orange, but GoJo also makes the same product. With either brand you use, make sure it says it has pumice in it. There really is no way to seal out the chalk dust entirely, so an occasional cleaning with this stuff is the best you can do.

Is the dent in the shaft, or is it in the butt section?
