@DowisK She didn't as the move is already in the code (It has been performed before, Kristina Goryunova was doing it in 2008 though I am not sure who the first person to do it was)

The Seitz should have been an F element because that is one of the riskiest and most difficult skills to complete before you make it to the high bar.

@tbee20101 According to this code of points, the highest difficulty a transfer from low bar to high can have is an E. I read in an interview with Seitz that she said they were going to change it in the next code. :)

@tbee20101 I think the difficulty should actually be a G, but a transition between the bars can only be rated as a maximum E value.The FIG said they are going to try change those things in the next code but I'm not so sure. Hope they do though, that skill is mammoth.
