Critiquing anyway even though this video is old.

It's essential to start with a skeleton rather than the eyes, so you could a good idea of the anatomy better, instead of having awkward placements, like the neck. Trust me, starting with a skeleton is helpful whether you're drawing anime or not.

Other than that, you have nice, smooth lines, especially on the eyes.

i absolutely think that drawing is great!!! however, the picture was a little blurry and the camera was not in the right places some times... however it showed me step by step what to do and it completely helped. it was a little difficult for me though because I am left handed XD. other than that i love the pic u drew and the video itself <3
