Only card information can be obtained through the 3 digit sec urity code. They most likely don't have that information. Only the card nymbers are obtained. And besides, even if someone did recently delete their information, it could be obtained through the accumuation of what they've spent from this year. The servers do get refreshed each year, so if it was from last year and deleted, then they're okay. But, since the 3 digit security code isn't obtained, they're fine anyways. :)

This was completely irrelevant. And yeah, xbox live was down in 2007 during christmas time, because of the high volume of users online and they couldn't handle it. Yeah, i was mad, but my personal information was not breached, and it never has been on xbox live. Plus most games worth a mention are all first person shooters.

Fact is, there is no evidence of credit card info getting into the wrong hands. My advice would be to simply get a new credit card or bank card like you would if you lost your card (just incase) change your pass word on email address and on psn once up & running and all will be fine. Remember your personal information gets passed around from every energy company, phone company, creditors etc so this stuff happens all the time. Just do the above, keep an eye out & all will be forgotten about.

I like this vid, you make very good points and i 100% agree with you but watch as 360 fans will come hear to thumb you down and not for any logical reason but just to be arse holes. It's what most (not all) 360 users do and what youtube is all about these days.

I have a ton of respect for my viewers so even though some might say I'm a fanboy for Sony the reality of it is that I look at facts and everything I said is fact...can you make points to actually argue the opposite. On top of this the credit card info has been proven to be safe and encrypted on the data table. What does this mean that the few who said they are getting scammed are lying. All lawsuits will be shut down by any judge because none of this personal data being leaked.
