So I just got one of these in the recent mystery box about 10 minutes ago. I took it outside, shot one clip through it. The iron sights literally came flying off... doesn't look like it actually broke, just popped out. Not sure how much I'm liking this gun now lol

@shortyjk95 Hey Shorty! I just got mine today, and the safety "didn't work" for me either. However, I found out it does work, it's just a bitch to operate. lol So, here's how to fix it: Hold the gun with both hands on its side pointing in a safe direction, then forcefully pull the safety leaver down TWO CLICKS. You'll still be able to pull the trigger, but it will not operate any of the mechanics. After doing this a few times, it will operate normally like it should.

@shortyjk95 No problem! Glad you got it working! You could always try taking the slide off and spraying some silicone lubricant in there. Personally, I prefer the safety being a little stiff...

I got this gun and it is very accurate and pretty strong. What sucks is that there aren't many parts or accessaries for m9's like the 1911 hi-capas that have a bunch of accessaries and parts.

Beautiful weapon and the sound when it fires is very different than my Matrix M9.

Under 350 FPS so I can use it if I go back to my crappy local CQB arena too =)

OOOoohh and m9, a knock-off of some 70 year old german gun! With the revolutionary open system slide, so when you send your troops out to the desert you'll be sure no dirt and grim gets into the system *sarcastic. Only reason it is in use today is because its 9mm, and nato says it cycles slightly faster then .45 so every country and their grandma uses it. Because somehow some idiot that it would be a good idea to have alot of little bullets in the air then a slightly smaller amount of biggerones

Lets see....it is half the price and "same system".

It is metal slide.

If you have a TM, your slide will most likely break soon....due to the fact that you can't find weak 134A gas, so you will need to buy this gun to use the slide to complete your TM version....then again....it won't be a TM anymore when you put a WE slide and WE magazine in it.....then again, it doesn't matter right? = )

I got 3 WE pistol (two hi-capa and one M9) and all of them came with broken nozzles, very poor made slides and frames with alot of wobble, leaking magazines and all the internals was made of zink and alu.

Yes your can buy the cheap WE M9 and put upgrades for what 3-400$ in it but what is the point then with the cheap WE pistol?

@evikecom It's not the "same system" at all. The TM is the pinnacle godfather of all airsoft guns, and their accuracy and performance are unmatched in the industry. TM slides hardly ever break from using propane, even over here in the Texas summer heat, they're workhorses. The only thing you'll get from a gun like this is the metal. Otherwise, this gun is pretty much completely identical to every other pot metal garbage WE china clone M9 out there, just with a different look and name.

@evikecom Again with the market bullshit and the Tokyo Marui myths. Holy crap people, Tokyo Marui since about 2008 has been able to handle "high power" green gas. I have used Marui pistols almost exclusively for the time that I have been playing. I have run green gas in all of them. Zero issues. Stop perpetuating a myth that is no longer true. Now, I know you'll probably retort to this comment defending yourself, but anyone who knows anything about Tokyo Marui pistols can attest to what I say.

I honestly love you for saying that. just said the same thing. own a TM Night Warrior and Hi capa 4.3 dual sainless and have ran them on green gas for a year. And the performance is just on a scale of its own compared to my WE. I guess you get what you pay for eh?

Actually, the slide issue usually holds up to green gas besides the TM glock series. I own 2 Marui pistols, know many who have them, and have shot many off of green gas completely fine. and the performance difference to my WE pistol is kind of embarrassing :0

@evikecom disagree the we tech "pot metal" is just that pot metal. I gave one a chance and it sits in parts the quality of material is just not there. The TM is quality and put together right. The plastics and metal parts are of much higher quality and do work with green gas. The TM version was my first airsoft gun bought in Japan in 2006 has been running on green gas since with not upgrades. This is for people who can not afford the higher quality version. Or just want to bash TM.

This is a great pistol and the only problems as of now are, is that the threaded orange tip does not come off and my gun goes into full auto mode at time. The reason I got this instead of the Marui is that I want a gbb to play with and not just for collecting.
