Seeing all of these 3D movies, I wish that they would make a Gradius 3d rail shooter, for the home system. That would be cool, yes I know abut Solar Assault, but that game never made it out of the Arcade.

Gradius V is enough due to it's 2d mixed with 3d Graphics ^_^

and i prefer for Gradius series to be and still in it's intense 2D classic action ^_^

@Steller1980 There was a Gradius 3D rail shooter, it was called Solar Assualt, there's a non working version available for MAME, you can play part of the first level but the sound is all messed up etc.

Quick correction though, the first boss in Gradius III is named Goliath. Dark Force was the evil entity that the Bacterions joined forces with during the 3rd Bacterion war. Dark Force/Bacterion was the final boss of the game.

XD i actually didn't know or saw anything about Gradius Collection until one of my cousins told me about it and it was Super Rare to be found in the shops and i was lucky to find it ^O^

don't worry you just need to buy psp then hack it with m33 so you can play this game for free by downloading it from an psp games downloading sites ^O^
