No, the HOMOS were infected with HIV in the bath houses of SF and tragically, many of them died from AIDS.

Marriage is defined as a monogamous union between a man and a woman under the authority of God for the purposes of pro-creation.
It has nothing to do with governments or equality. It is about providing a child with the proper upbringing and balance only a mother and a father can give. We have turned this issue into a "what about my rights" issue. What this is really about is the children. If we pay attention to the reason for marriage, we would learn to understand it better.

First, California voters in 2000 voted to preserve the sanctity of marriage or as the media and liberals call it, 'the gay marriage ban'. That was 8 years ago and for 8 years it wasn't unconstitutional. Second, the Supreme Court voted 4-3 in favor of the San Francisco gays, so not all the justices were in full agreed for the SF gays or that "the gay marriage ban" was unconstitutional.
