  • I believe that even a bit of knowledge is better than no knowledge and women as well as men should do everything in their power to be prepared to protect themselves. That being said, this is the worst self defense instructional video i have ever seen. Do NOT waste your time with anything from Expert Village. if you are serious about getting solid information, i would suggest Krav Maga and Gracie University as the number one resource for modern effective personal protection.
