"Lip singing"? I don't think one can sing without using one's lips! Seriously though, I'll admit even I suspected him this time. Look here though /watch?v=yI_IXfMygSc - same performance, and he lip-syncs a short part for rehearsal purposes, then (I believe) sings live: the little jump in the sound here at 1:13 is a fault in this recording which does not occur in the other version, and the source of Vitas' apparent amusement immediately afterwards is presumably something off-camera.

The other recording of this also features a good close-up in which we can see his throat vibrate as he sings. It may also be worth noting that this vocal does not exactly match the official music video version, although as usual it's very close.

What I meant to say was that he MIGHT have lip-synched the rehearsal bit: having watched and listened to it again, I'm fairly sure that part is live too.
