Tower Crane Base

Thanks for showing us this base cinemattics. 'Preciate it.

Can't figure out what there is to secure??? I would like a follow up about what happened to the concrete block once the tower was removed. They might integrate it into the building...cheaper than jackhammering it apart and hauling it off with disposal charges at a concrete recycling facility.

@montwolfman The concrete block was simply buried under the parking lot. I've seen some buildings use the concrete block over again as the building expands. I've also seen them used as a floor for a shed or something similar - overkill! :)

There maybe at least ten feet of concrete below you as you were standing on that base. and everything from the yellow tower base is buried at the end of job. if you put a level (bubble) on each side of that base you will see that its perfectly level all round. Buy the way where was security when you pulled this stunt?

Actually in this case, the base of the tower crane is just sitting on rock - the concrete did not show up for another week.

Security? No where to be found at this point - there was nothing to guard when I took the video.
