@B00tlegger I think the problem is that you said there is no musical force behind Tiny Tim which is basically as wrong as wrong can be. The guy was a walking encyclopedia of music, pitch perfect, wide vocal range singer and mullti instramentalist.

I know where you're coming from though, I didn't know what to make of Tiny Tim when I first saw him too, all I knew was that a) I liked him b) he was a fantastic performer. The more you hear the more you'll love. Start with his first album.
