It's a clean hit, but it seemed like it affected Hodgson a lot. Nice to see Salo helping Cody out, I felt so worried and concerned seeing CoHo wobbling on the ice after he tried to get up himself. Scary and painful.

IMO, this video shouldn't really be named with the word: "DESTROY" as another word for a big hit, it's never nice to see a young talented player get hit so hard like that.

Hasn't affected him one bit, Godson's putting up some crazy numbers as a 3rd line centre.

Unfortuante hit for sure. Cody was stumbling/reaching for the puck an took a massive hit. I hope he's okay. With the way our forwards are getting run, were not going to have a team by the playoffs. It's gona be Jordan Schroeder on the top line with eddy lack in net...and were still gona win...go nucks

@zenix9 Glad they didn't. I'm getting sick of big ass scrums after clean hits. Dirty hits, sure. But a clean hit, they happen. No reason to go ape shit about every one. That seems to be the default response now. Player gets hit, time to mob a guy. Rinse and repeat. He get rocked, that sucks, but it was a clean hockey hit. it happens.

@zenix9 its hodgson's fault sadly, he turned into it, and he was so low down what can Foligno really do, and I think the team sort of knew that. If its a dirty hit they'd have gone over for sure..

@zenix9 lol they definatly responded once they found out Foligno did that... Dale Weise answered the bell, Ballard went after him after the his on Kes (also a clean hit). The only time they didn't retaliate to Foligno's shit is when he stepped on the back of Burrows calf.

@Lunchsacks Give me a break, the hit on Kesler was not clean. The puck was gone, and he targeted his head in a vulnerable position. Look at the first angle non-slow motion and you can see it. Can't really argue the Hodgson hit as Foligno was committed to the hit and Hodgson fell into it.
