I had hip resurfacing 2 months ago , I was given 3 weeks of physical therapy at home 2x a week , after that I went to see the surgeon and he basically washed his hands of me , telling me to do as much as I can without to much discomfort , I've been swimming and going to the gym , but I'd like to find somr hip specific exercises to do , can you point me in the right direction please
I recently had RTHR surgery. You look like you're in great shape. I'm 5 weeks post op and feeling very depressed because of a lifetime of restrictions. Are you able to bend over and pick things off the floor, and put your socks and shoes on. I feel trapped right now, does it get better?
I've had Bilatteral THR... and I've always been athletic... its been a long recovery- mainly rebuilding the muscles due to atrophy- which I don't see in your legs... I also don't see any indentations from the surgery... or the scars...
Mine are very evident- even through clothes.
I've watched this video a few times and I don't see any sign of the surgery-
at least you didn't got yours at the age of 19 like me i caught a bone-flesh eating bacteria that ate it all and i'm 25 years old and i have not being as active as i used to be b4 my nightmare started anyways how do you feel having'em
Great video, Penny. You have a great voice and you really know how to communicate well. Very informative. Thank you!
