@johnzevanz unfortunately she sings really short parts in Sirenia's songs, and her voice is much different from Vibeke's one - Vibeke has much more operatic parts in most of the old cds. But I wouldn't say Vibeke's voice is not boring. Most of the time it's really phlegmatic and lacks of activity

I think it's Fabienne Gondamin here, but she sang in At Sixes and Sevens. Henriette sang an Elixir for existence. Monika Pedersen sang on Nine Destinies and A Downfall.

I thought everything after Nine Destinies and A Downfall was disappointing as well. It scrapped out much of what was originally in Old Sirenia and became something more mainstream sounding.

Personally, I believe Tristania's album, Beyond The Veil, is the great atmospheric Goth Metal album. The combination of ethereal female vocals to male Death Grunts at its prime, possibly only rivaled by Theatre of Tragedy's Velvet Darkness They Fear.
