I remember the duel with Ocelot at the end of the third... I think MGS3 was the game i most enjoyed. But all the mgs games are perfect, no doubt. The best games of all time.

i just read the comments and i didnt notice about the "theres only room for one snake and one big boss" quote, but as an editor i understand what u mean when the background sound annoys you, it happens to me all the time, wish there was a way to get the recordings without any soundtrack.

Really good. I have one question. How do you get the older MGS games to be full screen? Or at least take up the whole space on the video screen on youtube? You can see my MGS1 video was horribly letter boxed.

@PirateoftheTouYube It really just depends on which editing program you use. I load projects in wide screen. I make sure they fill the box. If you used Adobe Premiere Pro, you'd probably know what I were talking about.

Sorry dude I HAD to remove it. It's a personal thing and I think the video feels better without it. I left the other version up though and you can equally enjoy that one as much even though it's not HD.

It's just something that always bothered me. You might not have noticed or have cared but as an editor, every time I heard that quote I always heard the damn background music of the game. It ALWAYS annoyed me so finally I got the chance to remove it, I also think it looks more climactic without the quote as they reach out to one another and the music cues perfectly. You're like the first person to point that out, which version did you prefer anyway? Thanks for your comment.

Wow! Um, I don't know why I didn't favorite this one before, but I definitely am now (HD FTW). I agree with others on here--very professionally done. While I'm usually not too fond of voice clips (especially ones with background music playing over the music in the video) because they sometimes break the flow of videos if not done properly, you manage to assimilate them all perfectly to create a movie-like narrative effect. The last image with The Boss and the bomb cloud was very poignant. 5/5

Haha. Apart from misplacing the name of the song in the credits at the end of the video I got pretty much everything right in this video. I know EXACTLY what you mean about background music over the voices, that's why I wanted to do my own video and do it right. Thanks for your comment and I'm glad you enjoyed this fully in HD.

Seriously, the reason I've been such a huge supporter of your work is because it's the best stuff I've seen, artistically, that didn't come from someone who was already famous. You should get a job doing this, these videos would be good enough reference works.

I wish I could make MGS tributes, I've had a lot of problems. Right now though my computer can't even link to the internet. Hopefully in the future I'll be able to.

great m8 i love this video, buy hot did u ploaded it in HD? i have sony vegas 7 rght now and i save them as a 720pHD video and still the HD option doesn't show uo in youtube.

Yo man. I don't have Vegas but on my Adobe Premiere Pro I saved the resolutions as 1280x720 in Windows Movie format with 3MB bitrate. Hope this helps dude.
