a good thing: You're a really talented poi artist, the only girl (not that that has anything to do with skill, it's just not common) I've seen do successful, smooth CAPS.
a bad thing: you do look like you struggled with the weight transition, and the bottom petals on your spinning anti-spun flowers were a bit off plane.
and a good thing: you isolated glowsticks, which is way annoying, and you're certainly not unpleasant to look at.
@FreakyMceatyoursoul Thanks for commenting. I do have a hard time with anti-spin flowers with my glowsticks because they are so lite. And, I will admit... burning my wicks before making a video with my glowsticks isn't a good idea because of the dramatic weight change. Thanks for pointing out the good and bad.
Progressing nicely. I think my only advice is to rotate and a get it bit more dance in there(I suspect you weren't listening to the music as you were taping.). and the other thing is you fall back on butterfly a lot(seems more with the fire) and you have some GREAT butterfly variations but it a not of respects it's kind of like what I tell people obsessed with getting 5 beats out of there weave "it adds very little to the show because it's the same rotation in the same place". Keep it up!
