@DysexlicGamer That will raise candida levels to remove the sugars, what is the first step towards diabetes. Every research shows that diabetes is more likely caused by high fat levels, than high sugar (not processed) levels. I recommend to eat fats with vegetables of low sugar level.
Also fruits are not spiking your blood sugar, on the way how processed sugar does. It is a gradual healthy way how the sugars getting digested, absorbed, and removed from the bloodstreem.

Fats entering the bloodstreem covering the sugar cells, the insulin cells and the insulin receptors - making the sugar hard to be absorbed. The pancreas will work hard to produce more insulin.
That meal on the video contains around 250kcal, maybe 500 for the two plates. It is good if you eat 1500kcals a day. I recommend 5more bananas to get at least a 1000kcal for breakfast.
Also there are food combining problems: SUGAR & FAT. That is what leads to problems. IT is not the exact same like COKE and BURGER, but still, try to avoid putting high fat and high sugar together. If you need more info just ask, I like to talk about food.

@EvoExpress You know nothing about nutrition. The fruits are simple sugars which are quick digesting but the healthy fat from the almond butter will slow down digestion. The blueberries have antioxidants and they increase protein absorption by causing a spike in glucose, which will make the almond butter benefit more. Also, healthy fats - polyunsaturated and monounsaturated, are good for you, they aid in maintaining weight and lowering the bad cholesterol. You don't even know anything. shh!

Fruits digest in about 1-2 hours, so this needs meal more insoluble fibre.
