I keep thinking about having the lap-band.

What keeps from doing it is mainly two things.

I love my diet Coca Cola's and I hear I will never be able to have carbonated drinks again.

Also, I hear that lap-band does not take the hunger pains away.

How have you handled these two things?

Good going with the weight! I have the same problem (leaving the table when i'm eating)besides chewing enough I like to drink water while I eat. That causes alot of problems for me. I lost my taste for steak because of all the chewing. Keep up the good work.

Michael you are doing great :) CONGRATS on the weight loss and thank you for converting that into pounds lol... You do look different in the face--- you will notice the difference just takes a bit---what helped me was taking pics then looking at the pics :) Great video - Hugs & Love, Melissa :)

Looking good Michael! I can notice the difference. I had a fill today. Now up to 6mls (I have to go up in very small increments now because I had an overfill - oh the agony). I am so close to the 'green zone' now though. Very exciting.

Slow and steady weight loss is the best. Us chubbies want it gone so quickly don't we?

How much can your band hold? I have 3ml in a 10 ml band, but I have only had one fill and no restriction. I can't wait until I get some restriction.. You are looking great, keep up the good work! Becky
