  • i don't collect stamps i always thought it was for saddos :P

  • @DieAtheists i think you will find it is john chapter 3 verse 16.

from an atheist, who will not listen to a book that has no supporting documents or credibility.

  • the only holy book iis the bible. the hebrews were monotheists. you will suffer in the lake of fire. and your english tarts

  • @annastesia67 Even excluding the other non-Abrahamic faiths, the Hebrews (Jews) have their own holy book, the Torah, which predates the Bible. Torah =/= Bible. The Christian Bible (of which there are many variations of, containing different books) came after. As you are making positive claims, you must back them up. Also, tarts would be better heated, like Toaster Strudel. :)

  • @annastesia67 is this lake of fire nice and hot?

  • Your athiests are lying to yourselves. Your theory about evolution goes something like this, bacteria was zapped in the ocean and than changed itself to survive over billions of years. You never saw this happen nor do you have one shred of solid evidence that this happend and yet you believe it happend. You dont have fact you have faith just like we christians believe you also chose to believe but you chose not to believe in God you chose to believe in what you havnt seen ever ever ever ever

  • @Adriankovalski Someone needs to hit you in the head with a biology textbook! Explain this to me then: Why is bacteria becoming resistant to antibiotics? If

  • @Adriankovalski

"Your theory about evolution goes something like this, bacteria was zapped in the ocean and than changed itself "

i guess the words "changed itself " pretty much expresses your understanding of evolution..

But forget that for now, since you claim you are a christian, you might want to check how Matt 5:28 lines up with the indication on your channel that you "like" "Paige Monroe - TheDailySexyBooty" ..

I would not want you to miss out heaven ;)

  • @mindwis3 THANK YOU FOR ADDMITTING MODERN SCIENCE has no real proof for what they claim. Well than arnt modern scientist doing what we religious people do. You hold to fact to something you have never ever seen you assume it happend. Thats crazy to judge us when you practice the same exact thing. no living organism has ever evolved before human eyes to the extent that scintest claim. I believe God allowed evolution but not to the extent the athiests claim no way you have no proof

  • @Adriankovalski

"THANK YOU FOR ADDMITTING MODERN SCIENCE has no real proof.."

Ehrm, you must be reading what you want, cause imo evidence is the foundation of science, and i never said otherwise

As for your claims wrt evolution, they are yours, not mine, thank god!

i just pointed out one of things you said the theory says, is actually contradictory to the theory.

There are plenty christian (scientists) who accept evo in full, you don't have to be an atheist for that.

    take care

  • @Adriankovalski science adjusts it's views based on whats observed. faith is the denial of observations to preserve a fantasy.

  • @Adriankovalski AND as your bible says the earth is 6000 years old and the sun revolves around our planet. so educational.

  • @Adriankovalski You are so ignorant, the evidence is everywhere. Its in every fucking organisms DNA. Whales have a gene for legs to grow, we have a gene for tails to grow. You go and get the flu shot every fucking year and you think evolution is false? Do you even know what the flu is? Exactly, so ignorant you don't even know what the flu is and how it works, you just get the shot and go pray.

  • @Adriankovalski Atheism isn't a belief. We have no set guidelines. Many atheists just happen to have a higher education and study evolution and see the truth in it. That's just a coincidence. Even if evolution is wrong, that doesn't mean ANY atheist was wrong in their disbelief in God. Atheism and Agnosticism isn't the answer, it's being able to admit that humans don't have all the answers, and we need to seek them.

  • @Adriankovalski Religion heeds to the need of people to have answers to everything.Primitive religions answered any question asked. Why does it rain? Why does the sun come up?Forward thinkers answered these questions and now these religions are just a page in history. Modern religions still exist because science hasn't answered the questions that they claim to answer. It's human nature to be scared of what we don't know, so it's natural to cling to any answer, no matter how fanciful it may be.

  • Theists fear owning their acts, and want to be absolved by daddy of wrongdoing.

I asked a young man who recently "walked away from the church" if he had an urge to rape, steal or murder. He said, "no." Imagine.

  • Brilliant! Thank you

  • you can't lend a helping hand when they're clasped together in prayer

  • Brilliant!

  • ah 2 dislikes by christians lol wat a suprize

  • What was the joke at the end I couldn't make out what they said.

  • @HugeJohn51 I didn't get it either. Musta been an irish thing =(

  • @HugeJohn51 - Someone shouted out "aphelatelist" - a word for someone who does not collect stamps and Michael Nugent said that he would add the word to the mission-statement.

  • @darthspeaks Ahem, full of shit much?

  • So that means not riding my bike is exersize

  • It should be mandatory that people of all religions are forced to read the "HOLY BOOK" they claim as truth. And when finished if they still believe, they should be put into a rubber room.

  • its also like saying out of all the species WE somehow special, which if we think on it is 'egotism', but what we often wondered is dinosaurs, according to genesis? deutraonomy? leviticus? imply they roamed the earth which us, but didnt the dinosaurs get wiped out by a asteroid? then the obvious question is, why werent we? again we special though, uh.

  • @richd506 It's "hypocrisy". I'm sorry, I had to succumb to that urge, because you spelled it incorrectly twice within two lines.

And please, do tell why you think that the sentece you quoted is hypocritical.

  • "Oh yeah, and don't call me a monkey."

    xP

  • God does exist. When you die you will find out too late...

  • @darthspeaks pic or it didn't happen.

  • @darthspeaks what god are you talking about???

  • @lwvok Odin.

  • @lwvok I think you can answer your own question on that one.

  • @darthspeaks eeeerrrr the sun god

  • @darthspeaks

"when you die you will find out"

    How does this work?

  • @Wrath0fKhan Try it and find out. Just joking of course. You can find out NOW if you had faith. We are on earth to learn about God through faith and congruence to our Christ given conscience.

I say no more lest I should toss pearls among swine.

  • @darthspeaks

"you can find out now if you had faith"

Like what? Moving around with "mountains" by appealing to non-divisible mental entities? No one has ever delivered. Especially not when asked to deliver. Thats evidently a bad foot to stand on.

    "Christ given conscience"

So if "I" switch off e.g. your genes which are responsible for behavior we call conscience, will you still be able to express conscience given by Christ? This is in principle a testable proposition...

  • @Wrath0fKhan

I was afraid of arguments like this that require proof before faith. There can be no spiritual reward except after a trial of your faith.

The spirit of the Lord is not about contention or arguing. Christ is about living in congruence to our God-given conscience and doing good works in His name.

If a man does works in his own name, his works will come to corruption. If a man does good works in Christ's name with authority his works remain forever.

  • @darthspeaks Your argument is a non sequitor.

  • @darthspeaks

    "proof before faith"

No... Proof "after faith." If you cant demonstrate "your" faith, your "spiritual technology" is highly suspicious (putting it mildly).

    "spirit"

Is all about demonstration in the first place. Need to be reminded e.g. about "Acts of the Apostles?"

    "remains forever"

Well... From not being able to demonstrate a "thing" to remaining forever is quite a distance to cross.

  • @darthspeaks arrogant much?

  • That was easily one of the best atheist speeches that I have ever heard. It was calm yet to the point, well-worded yet simple, and above all assertive not aggressive. Way to go bro!

  • @TheOmegadusk Go ahead and see how your eternal welfare will get on without the Atonement of Jesus Christ. It will be a horrible fate indeed...

  • @darthspeaks Why would the all powerful god allow us a horrible fate if he loves us? This is like a father allowing his children to get tortured when he is perfectly capable of stopping said torture. You make no sense sir.

  • @crackerkiller89 Love and trust are two different things. You love your dog but would you let him into your bed if he has a history of defecating without control?

  • @darthspeaks No. No, thats a shitty analogy especially since the dog doesnt know a damn thing, and humans are creatures that can learn (so to speak). Also the dog isnt being tortured. But at least you are honest in saying god doesn't love us (i thought he did cause christians say that crap all the time).

  • @crackerkiller89 People torture people, God does not. We are not earth to test HIM, we are on earth to be tested by Him.

You are welcome for me correcting you.

  • @darthspeaks god doesnt torture people?Ever been in a childrens cancer ward? trust me it puts a bloody great hole in that theory! Id say you are welcome for my correcting you but that nauseatingly arrogant!

  • @dancingnancy09

Yes kids with cancer is bad, yes.

However, your point of view is that since God does not make us comfortable and safe in every respect, He must not exist?

Hmm - let's make an analogy.

Did your dad allow unpleasant things to happen to you in order to teach you opposition or did he shelter you from every possible unpleasantness in life? Does your father exist despite not sheltering you from every conceivable source of pain?

You may answer plainly without doublespeak.

  • @darthspeaks No, that's fine. However, God is supposed to be a very great creator/designer, as well as a very caring/loving diety. Human nature, what is it like? It's not very pleasant, to say the least, life on earth for our ancestors, it wasn't too great neither. God doesn't need to make us completely comfortable, but his design is so greatly flawed that for the vast majority of human history people have suffered, have fought, have died. This contradicts God's loving nature.

  • @darthspeaks Provided there is a god, I'd rather have a dad who did his best to stop bad things from happening but without a 100% success record, than a dad who encourages his kids to do horrible things to his other kids, and then be told by his other kids how great and loving he is, despite encouraging me to keep my brothers and sisters from living free.

  • @darthspeaks My dad didn't have all the power in the Universe at his fingertips. He did his best to warn me of the consequences of any poor decisions I make to the best of his human extent. He raised me, sheltered me, fed me, and taught me to be a good person when I was incapable of doing that myself.

More than god ever did for me.

  • @Ingmatter If you really wanted to you would get the analogy.

  • @darthspeaks Is my father also omnipotent? No? Then shut the hell up.

  • @crackerkiller89 makes no sense

  • @darthspeaks Well, id correct you, but there is no need as dancingnancy has done a perfectly fine job of it already.

  • @darthspeaks You sound quite certain- why exactly is that? Also, what have I done to earn this belligerence?

D you find my lack of faith disturbing? Let's see if you can choke me from where you are.

  • @TheOmegadusk Choke you? I get it... lol!

Belligerence? What belligerence? I am just stating facts in faith to my conscience.

  • @darthspeaks There is a serious problem with the statement "facts in faith." Due to the nature of faith, one cannot gain a fact from it. You are making a statement of fact that has no evidence to support it, which makes it an entirely unsupported opinion. That is much weaker than most opinions, which are usually based off of some piece of information. I view the use of an opinion to condemn a person to eternal torture as belligerence- an opinion causing real torture would be, wouldn't it?

  • There IS a word!

  • @NonStampCollector hey nonstamp. love your videos, you were partial inspiration for my channel :) thanks for the hard work.

  • what was it that he said at the end? felethelus?

  • @Awesomecraft99

No he said "aphilatelist", philately is what people who collect stamps do, studying stamps and collecting stamps, so an aphilatelist is someone who doesn't collect stamps =D

  • @mostafaberg Thanks!

  • I find that stupid people often mistake intelligence for arrogance.

  • @BitfeNicks That's because they project their insecurities on to you. There is little point in trying to reason with that kind of person.

  • atheism: the arrogant belief that the entire billion galaxy universe was not created for us. sorry, started typing before he said it and i had to finish, it just fits too perfectly

  • Exellent speech.

  • TOO STUPID FOR SCIENCE? TRY RELIGION!

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1

I know when will theists learn that as science and atheism are interchangeable?

  • Aphilatelist, BRILLIANT!!!!! :-)

  • Priceless

  • Aren't we atheists supposed to be humourless, grumpy people? This is one of the funniest videos I have watched while still making a very valid point.

  • Absolute <3 for this video.

  • Excellent!

  • This is brilliant. How nice it is to hear a fellow Irish man laying waste to theistic ignorance.

  • HAHAHAH

  • If only the masses would understand logic !

  • Comment removed

  • @twiggy120 sorry you are wrong, logic is not personal. Santa is not logical to children, santa is believable to children, they don't use logic to conclude if he is real or not. the same goes with your other examples. a better way to put it is Logic concludes Santa is fictional, so if Santa is logical to children then the children are not being logical.

  • @theUKatheist Hmm, I was a bit wrong. I apologise julie, I have more study to do.

  • @twiggy120 lol

  • @theUKatheist The day logic concludes Santa's fictional is the day I'll put my socks on fire.

  • @raydredX there was an original Santa figure from navyl many years ago, St Nicholas. He's dead. plus the magical powers that todays Santa figure has is fictional. Those powers alone go against logic. Gifts to every child, flying animals, living in the north pole, elfs making presents etc etc. If they do not go against logic then what does?

  • @theUKatheist "Santa is not logical to children, santa is believable to children, they don't use logic to conclude if he is real or not."

Well, it would be possible to logically conclude that santa is real if you work from false premises. :P

  • @theUKatheist you can't really compare children to adults.. not as a whole anyway... if you think that what you believe is absolute, then you're just as naive as the children

  • @mildred7 who said I do.. Only you. Its illogical to believe in absolutes. Maybe ask next time?

  • @twiggy120 why did you remove your comment ?? lol

  • @theUKatheist Atheism being illogical to theist made sense when it was described to me in a debate. I wasn't thinking strong enough to defend myself then. I am embarrassed that I used that argument here.

  • @twiggy120 okay no problem.

  • Did my comment get removed?

  • @bermudaguy1 which one? may have by accident ,, comment it again if you wish.

  • I can't stop laughing, because he puts a different spin on it and it all looks even more ridiculous.

  • PERFECT

  • I think i would totally agree with everything this guy says... But think he's just too... wrong.

  • @Pogonotrophist Eh, my collection says he's a pretty awesome dude.
