4 epsiodes are planned for shakugan no shana s and also i heard rumors about seasonIII but there i cant say much i would say same episode numbers or maybe just short half means 24 or 12 episodes for third season

yup ! proud Filipina ! the japanese dub is more cuter and the voice of shana is very cute ! :]] of course it was dubbed by Rie Kugimiya ! XD
