i jgot my 40th anniversary of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory today at target and its a really nice set especially for $45 and i got #2,106 we must of got lower numbed ones here in California because the ones they had out all had numbers under 10,00 or maybe it was just the store that got lower numbered ones

I just picked up American Psycho on Blu-ray at Target for $5. Other than that, I didn't find anything interesting. Great video, Krazy!

Hey Krazy, I love Cinema Paradiso it is my favorite film an I was wondering; do you think it should be a film that Criterion should pick up because I don't think they have. I think they should.

"Menace 2 Society" used to be one of my favorites when I was a teenager and was into Rap. Still a great drama.

I'm looking forward to the Bluray experience (I've read the transfer isn't all that great, but I can't trust reviews when it comes to older low budget films like this. Sometimes, they're just being faithful to the source, and the source can look kind of crappy. It was very low budget, but I like that look. As long as they didn't get DNR happy, I should be good).

@colaguy29229 I agree with you 100%. I actually saw that cut in the theater when they released it 10 years ago or so. I was disappointed. IMO, it takes away from the emotional impact of the film. Bloated is a good way to describe it. So, I don't care that they didn't include that version. I was hoping for some features, but I have my collector's edition If I want supplements, so as long as the PQ/AQ is faithfull to the source, I'm a happy man.

You just never know when something is going to go out of print. So just get what you want is my new motto. Well, not really, but sort of...maybe.
