I lie you, for 1 you have the same name has me and 2 you love beer and make t, im so doing this on my birthday and sell it at a hookaha lounge i go to every friday and saturday
This is by far one of the best beer making videos I have seen thus far. I recently started home brewing and am getting ready to brew a Brewer's Best Milk Stout kit. Your video is making me ever more anxious to get into all grain. Would it be possible to brew a beer such as that in your video using the brew in a bag method? Any thoughts you could share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. :)
If you would like to improve your video, you should really show a chart of all the steps and highlight the step you're currently on. It would help a lot to give us a good overview.
How the hell did people way back 100s of years ago been able to even make beer??? Its such a hard, long complex process! They didnt have stoves or water heaters or none of that stuff. Its crazy that back then they found a way to make all of this!
@terrorkorp some of us, even in the USA, grewup WITHOUT RUNNING WATER, INDOOR,TOILET,or the things you think is so out of WHACK. WE MADE DO. such is the way of the world. look around you, help if you can. do your best (that is all god ask of all} LEARN IT, MAY BE WORTH YOUR TIME. THANK YOU JAY
Thats a great video.Very helpful to see someone who knows what they are doing in action.Question, what size is that carboy? It looks way bigger than my 5 gal.where can I get one?
Very very cool!! I really want to make my own beer, but I'm a bit lazy..HEHEH! Looks like an awesome hobby. If I ever do it, it will be on a small scale and probably will use extract...I know I know, not as good as yours, but still!! HEHEH
hey that was a brilliant video, i realy liked how you took your time and had fun with making the beer, not too keen on the dancing thow hahah but glad you enjoyed yourself lol. do you have anymore videos? nice music " funky"
I love the music from this video, but I am not able to find any of the songs online, not on the Open Space Project's website either. Do you know where I can find them?
Oh man. I thought this video was deleted. I see the listing picture changed and now 4 parts into one. I've been searching for some time. Sooooo happy to find it again. Now saved in my favorites. It always use to list first in beer making searches. I always reference this video through my beer making venture.
Hey thanks to Matt for putting all four parts together. I should mention that the one glaring error in this video was that I mention that the starting water temp for a mash is 160, when it should really be about 170F. You lose about 15 degrees of temp after the grains mash-in, for a 155F starting mash temp. This is perfect for alpha-amylase conversion. Have fun brewing all - Brian Vandemark
Thank you for the guide. My next stop is local brew store for some more tips on good and safe brewing.

MrSchpankme 6 months ago
@MrSchpankme what exactly does the manifold do? does it act as a filter when you are ready to add the mash to the boiler?
vettefan73 5 months ago
So it's OK, to make the yeast culture out of TAP WATER, because your only getting a minimal of amount of Fluoride and other deadly chemicals >:)
Note: Boiling Fluoride concentrates it, it does not dissolve to the atmosphere like Chlorine.
