Dhalsim dominates Bison because his air moves can counter Bison's Psycho cannon and most of Bison's moves, in fact! Plus, he can cheap Bison with his sweep yoga nuggie combo! KKY played some great matches, that's a top level Dhalsim right there! Great cheaping by Cammy vs Sim and Ken vs Cammy at the end there!
