Well whoever critisized her, I understand ur opinion, but I suggest you listen to Meryl Streep's interview more carefully, she said that the Julia she played was Julie Powell's idea of Julia Child, its not really Julia Child. And its just a movie, its a comedy, it wasn't meant to be like a documentary or something. Meryl is an amazing actress and now this is my opinion but I don't think anyone should critisize her unless u r at her level. My opinion.

Just came back from seeing "Julie and Julia": Delightful film. Just delightful. Meryl was a brilliant casting choice. She and Stanley Tucci are so touching together. Everyone was great in this. I was wondering how the parallel storylines were going to work. Would the film feel disjointed? like two separate films? No. It was blended very well and both stories came together in a beautiful way at the end.
