I found out that the high pitch tone at first was on purpose. John or George wanted to put it as something for dogs to hear. The extra goofy talking was all of them in the studio just saying anything for 2 seconds and they made a loop. Just to be the silly guys they are. True, look it up.

@Tala2n Certain pitches can still be just enough for humans to hear. It also has something to do with certain ages able to hear certain levels. By about age 50 you may not hear that ringing at all.
