If I put them in the garden for natural basking area,what time I should let them there?Is it good in morning?And how long they need to stay there?

You should let them their when it is really sunny, its great in the morning. They should stay their until its dark cuz it could get to cold. (only if it gets cold) the water level should stay around to 75-80 degress
