I meant that triggers for the doors didn't exist in the previous clip, which is why nothing happened. I placed the triggers for the next clip, behind the doors.
Wonderful! Intellectually and artistically fun! But I would have liked to see you not trigger the enemy and have the doors open, then trigger him to prove he's potentially there. The doors wouldn't close then, would they?
WHY, didn't I try that? xDD Well, I saved a lot of version of the room, so it took like 5 seconds to go and try.
The trigger bug showed capability of triggering each of the three triggers (2 doors, baddy). However, if the bug triggered the baddy, it wouldn't trigger more doors until I killed the baddy.
The order in which the triggerings take place seems far enough out of human control to say it's random.
I'm not sure if I understand what you mean. But yes, each trigger is placed separately, and on it's own square. If you put them on the same square, they will trigger simultaneously.
I'm having a hard time understanding how the triggers can appear random. The trigger bug may work in a seemingly random way, but the creation of a baddie happens exactly when you pass over his trigger square, doesn't it?
Yes. A trigger is triggered when it's square is entered.
When Lara enters the corner, the game first tries to position her on top of it, but in this case, there's no space above it. Why the game doesn't place Lara outside the corner, I don't understand, but I suspect it's the lack of horisontal motion. Seems the game then places Lara on random squares nearby, but the Lara object doesn't follow for some reason. She can still be in only one place at a time, and so triggers things one at a time.
Cool, I see you have Level editor, I have it too :D

How many squares would it work away the event to be triggered with? Has to be just one square?

Sorry, I don't speak Italian. :S But as for the music from Serpent Rouge, it's not in-game. I added the track on the video.

Well done. I never actually knew that having an enemy there would 'disable' the trigger.

Could you try that with flare ? From what I remember, I couldn't make trigger bug to work with flare ignited even if it's lying around.

I was assuming the trigger for the enemy would be separate from the trigger for the doors.
