Actually its the contrary...Gibraltar is one of the areas with the tightest financial controls in Europe, but I suppose you are one of those who cant handle that Gibraltar takes care of itself and that Gibraltarians are still able to defend themselves. If you want to see black money you need only to look at your own country.....read the news every day and see what is happening there! Good luck..you are going to need it!!
