First of all don't mix jhp with fmj in the same clip and second make sure its oiled up properly. If its really messed up take it to a gunsmith before you hurt yourself! Maybe it needs some spare parts. Could be anything.
I used to own a Bryco 59 way back when. I got rid of it the week after because they're total crap. If the guns doesn't work half the time (or less) then it's not a gun, it's garbage.
hey i was given this gun but mine has a problem when i pull the slide back and the bullet goes to slide into the barrel the bullet does not wanna go in its catching on somthin and idk wat it is i had to take a knife to pop the bullet into the barrel i then shot it and it jamed agian do you or anyone know the problem
@statestboy317 These guns have a fixed barrel so there could be a wear spot in the feed ramp leading to the barrel, I would try to polish it as much as possible but be careful not to remove to much metal, or it could just be the ammo. I sold mine so I can't really scope mine out and give you some clues. hope it works out for you! Happy shooting!
@slyirish17 my dad has one that they put like 200 rounds through it as fast as they could, they had 5 mags, 1 shooting 4 reloading. the slide cracked near the muzzle.
I don't own one, but we shot about 50 rounds through my buddies last night with only 1 FTF... he said it does it every now and again. I found it to be pretty dead on though.
these are good looking pistols specially the jennings J22 but to bad their quality is below my feet... I still bought my jennings just for fun.

The are pot metal pieces of shit. I have a broken one in my closet that I have had for the past 17 years. Save your money for something better.

@SirJosephOxford Mine is a bad one I guess. But yeah I heard some people who have no problems with theirs. And others with nothing but problems.
