Wow ... thanx for this. As a viewer from the USA and living in the Netherlands, I don't think I took the time to grieve Mike's passing. I just knew I was so shocked and sad when it happened. I really liked him and his input with the family. Sharing this actually brought the tears for me. Thank you so much.

I see your point...but its really about showing respect for the person who died and his way of life and helping his loved ones get over the loss. Clearly these people felt like Mike was a casual guy.

Thank you for your reply. I understand what you are saying. But i still feel that when you are in church, at formal occasion such as this,, you should have at least the respect to show up in a decnetly dressed manner. It's not a beach.

I think a lot of decorum has been lost, and that is sad.
