Why don't you cover up the left side of the bill a bit more at the start XD

Print the seal further to the left edge so you dont have to cover half the bill up. And...make it less obvious when you throw away the cut out seal.

ummm this is kinda obvious how u do this.... obviously u put it in printer and printed the seal on other side of the dolar, then u covered up the printed part, and u put somethin over the original 2 make it look gone, FAIL!

wow omg your awesome ...not that was a poor preformance of fraud and who needs to trade you a card trick hell tale an earser rub the seal of a bill then print a seal on the other side with your computor and either cut a seal of another bill or print one off glue it to where you rubbed it of and there you go switch the bills before you preform if you borrow there bill and when you push the seal across you let the seal stick to your finger wow thats kinda lame but whatever
