I'm a very active person. I rock climb and paddle down rapids. I've tried everything from high intensity aerobics to long distance swimming. I just started a pole dancing class for fun and I have got to admit it is definitely one of the more intense exercise I've ever done. It takes a hell of a lot of strength to throw ourself around on a pole. Also its a lot of fun, maybe if you got over the stigma attached to it and tried it out you'd rethink your comment.
