  • Awesome, thinks for this!

  • One things for sure.........the absence of JON is so sorely MISSED on this album.....and to the guy in prison for 3 weeks....I was there, my friend....detoxing off of 1000mg ( yes, 1000mg) of oxyxontin per day and 8mg of xanex, 300mg of lyrica, etc., and i gotta tell you, without yes music and inparticular JONS album TOLTEC running through my brain, I would have died...thats no joke, either; I would have definitely died.

  • In a so complicated life now in Mexico city... this is what I need most!

  • I've installed Linux Mint 12 64bit to hear again this song :D.

  • I can´t fly from here. I stay here listening to this amazing suite.

  • I'm listening every minute and I love it more and more, is how to connect with God, what a wonderful music, time and space stop and that's rare for a group you transmit it, friend thanks, did not know this album thanks again. 'm Mexicali Mexico my name is Ricardo.

  • amazing !

this band had left prog almost completely in the 80's and now in the year 2011 - there homebase music sounds so refreshing.

  • Yes they can. But where art Jon?

  • @Tsnore As far away from YES as he can get after they TOTALLY screwed him after his resperatory distress incident that almost killed him....his wife janee literally saved his life. Yes abandoned him and carried on without him...what would you do? Rick feels the same way Jon does, which is why he and Jon are doing their own thing...GOOD FOR THEM!!! I LOVE YES, but what they did to Jon is beyond unforgivable!!!

  • Yes always something to lift you up ........ Brilliant ( even if it has been done before ! )

  • great band without anderson a good voice different of great jon but excellent

  • It's fantastic! A real masterpiece.

  • ...Apesar de toda a troca d pessoal (músicos), continuo sndo Yesmaníaco, pois há muita musicalidade no que eles fazm. Obrigado por tr postado essa bela suite!!

  • Any album from the Rabin era were way more interesting than this. Time to bring his genius back to the band for one last work. (Jon and Rick as well).

  • Sounds like this should be on the easy listening radio stations. Little of anything of musical interest here. Sounds like they mailed in their performances. White is putting me to sleep.

  • Mostly boring and repetitive. Far better JON and Rick music.19:54 to 21:09 simply unpresentable.A little better at 22:09.

  • @pepemalfi1 True. Even I liked the musical idea of those few minutes, seems to me they could have worked on it a bit more and make it happen. For me just lays there like a distraction

  • Excellent vocal melodies....And everything melodies

  • this is awful. wow. it's the combination of the cheesy keyboard sounds, corny arranging and out dated revival vibe going on. ugh. it's like b sides from a meatloaf instrumental track with watered down 'prog chopping'.

makes me really miss wakeman and anderson..shot even bill b. fucking close to the edge, pappi...the BEST! this...not so much.I am SUCH a DICK!

But fuck it..they're all rich. Make good music, why dont'cha?

  • @morymb1 what the, I think this is some of their best work..

  • I could listen only Yes and Pink Floyd for the rest of my life! Superb bands, aswell as this new album!

  • pure genius

  • Great job!!

  • Great! would you like to mix my music?

  • Trevor Horn <3 What a genius.

  • @suprafanatic1984 Agree .......... he has produced the goods on this .

  • When I was younger, my dad would always listen to 90125; and I loved it! Now I'm 18, and full on in love with prog rock. I got hooked on RUSH, but recently my curiosity drove me to purchase some old Yes albums (since I liked 90125 so much). I got Relayer and Tales from Topographic Oceans, and listened to them devoutly for weeks. I absolutely adore 'The Revealing Science of God', and while this album is much more modern sounding, I think it still captures the epic essence of Yes.

  • For some people this music of 70ties and 80ties is a valuable thing . Full respect , they love this music and that;s great . For me this is a pity that i hear the same sound again, I think this new CD was released in order to make a pleasure to the fans and not to search for something fresh and new... pity.

  • @tyrkaj Well, it's certainly not what they've been making for the past 20 years... And definitely not a throwback to the era widely regarded as their best. While the sound isn't modern, I think it's unfair to call it a cash-in to dedicated fans.

  • @tyrkaj ??? A composer doesn't create, he discovers. Thinking of music by time period is to misunderstand what music is.

  • I like what I'm hearing, even if it isn't Jon Anderson.

  • now everyone go buy this album

  • Thanx! I spent a good couple/few hours hunched over the laptop to put it together and I'm happy to say it was a successful endeavor!

  • @YesSabbath5 THANKS MY GOOD FRIEND, SOUNDS GOOD.

  • @YesSabbath5 I don't know why you changed the volume levels. It sounds great, but I don't notice anything different. And furthermore, if I did, it would not be a welcome change. The album was mixed just fine.

Another note: the version of this I spliced together (and I do this with a lot of songs) only took a few minutes. Use Audacity, import all the tracks, and move them into one track, then remove the silent bits. Works like a charm and sounds just as it would in separate tracks.

  • You did a wonderful job linking the entire suite ! As an audio engineer, I can tell it was a labor of love for you ! Thanks for putting in the work for all YES fans ! Very much appreciated !

  • YE$.

    THE YE$ ALBUM.

  • You are absolutely right, I too was "grooving" back then

  • Once again: Unstoppable Evolution… different & better line-up than ever…greatest album since the '70s!

  • @ArnejoOrbitalis Truly told!

  • Have been a Yes devotee since the 70's...this is so good it made me cry!!!!!

  • All the suites together make much more musical sense.

  • Perfeita! Yes!

  • Doesn't even come close to 'Gates Of Delirium'.

  • @Mokum1961 The only Yes Track since the days of 90125 that has is Mind Drive

  • @Mokum1961 No offense but I bet your wife says exactly the same about your "performances" now, compared to when you were in your 20's.

They set up that bar way up, to surpass it on every album. In several occasions they did though...

This, for me, is not that bad. Doesn't take me to the Gates of Delirium, but at least to a window of joy.

    Peace.

  • I wish people i know liked this music.

  • i love the people that upload full versions of big songs...

  • HOLY CRUD.... its like almost 1 AM where I am and I should be in bed but I AM SO GLAD that I clicked on this... I am 17 years old and didn't grow up listening to yes but My dad got me into progressive rock with bands like King Crimson and Jethro Tull, and Ive recently started to listen to Yes..... I am loving what I hear.

  • @Zyborggian you are lucky your dad has a good taste in music

  • @MaRaX93 I know right! but dude.... the guy was only in prison for a few weeks... it wasnt for anything super serious most likely..... Its really easy to post mean comments on the internet... but its best to try and refrain from doing so.

  • @Zyborggian

You should check out Procol Harum as well :)

they made some phenomenal stuff in the 70's-

  • Nice little song.

  • Thank you for playing Fly From Here in its entire complete form, the way it is supposed to be played...the song and album is a masterpiece!

  • Steve Howe is just amazing

  • Great Music ???? WONDERFUL song , feels like the Yes albums of the 70's , 80's , wow , |!!!

I Own the albums ..... Yes,-- Time and a Word,-- The Yes Album,-- Fragile, -- Close To The Edge, -- Yessongs, -- Tales Of Topographic Oceans, -- Relayer, -- Going For The One,-- Tormato, -- Drama, -- Classics, -- 90125, -- Big Generator, -- Union, -- The Latter, and this is just as good , gonna be the Owner real soon !!!!!!!!

  • @Lucky8Joe Magnification is a "must have". And Talk if you like Rabin's Yes stuff, much better than B. G.

This is good, but not really "new" material.

  • I love Drama and all Yes pre Drama. I don't know what this is. It sounds like Yes supersized on the cheese, its music for older people than me and I'm in my 50s. I think anyone who adores Andrew Lloyd Webber should give this a listen.

  • @Doupyourflies I'm in my early twenties and I think this is exceptional.

  • @Doupyourflies I've been a Yesfreak since the Yes Album days, but I'm so with you. There's some "nice" music here, and I've got nothing against Benoit's singing. But what's with all the sap and cheese? If Spinal Tap composed a New Age Broadway musical, I guess it might sound something like this, but the idea that there are people of any age who could listen to this stuff with a straight face disturbs me a little.

  • @Doupyourflies Lol. C'mon!

  • Sounds like Yes, even without Anderson. The singer really captures Yes's sound. I love to drive to this stuff.

  • luv it!!!

  • I had the wonderful experience of seein them live in LA (I;m from utah). Very close to Sabbath (original bands, both) to being my all-time #1. So they each get my #1 and I say they are the best at what they do. I just put out MY 7th CD. Its'all ambient keys. I played in a lot of bands, but have a much better career solo, and concentrating on keys. But Page, Howe, Iommi and Wakeman are are still Godz to me.

  • Yesmaníaco!! Ñ há como negar, isso é muito musical; a propósito o Yes smpre foi assim...

  • I've got the CD and LP, it's just great to hear this on the internet, thanks!

  • I just got out of jail and all I could think while in the three weeks I spent in that hell hole was to get back to my computer to listen to the new YES music. Thank you, YES!

The reason for my life, the love that will never go away, the hope that will always keep me alive!!!

Let me wrap my arms around you, feel the warmth, and shed my tears over your most beautiful soul. THANK YOU YES!!!

  • @PhilistineTheArtLuvr does ur asshole burn?

  • @PhilistineTheArtLuvr faggit went to jail, you deserve it

  • @PlataniumIdiot you should treat people better, not everyone can be as perfect as you are.

  • @PhilistineTheArtLuvr Just remember there is something even bigger behind that music. If the early post Big Bang universe had not accelerated at precisely the right rate, if the 15th decimal place in that number has been off by 1, particles would not have formed hydrogen.

  • @talkingwall Without hydrogen, no stars, without stars, no super-novae, without super-novae there would be no elements heavier than helium and that means no you and me, no earth, air, atmosphere and without air/atmosphere you can't have music. Always remember the Source.

  • @talkingwall Well said brother Sheldon...;7)

  • @PhilistineTheArtLuvr SOLO TE FALTA UNA COSA, GOD.

  • Thanx!

  • Good job! I read your post on Yesfans.com
